What does RTO OS bring together?
Admissions, student operations, assessment and workforce, finance, quality and governance, and reporting preparation. Your commercial proposal should define the modules, configuration and support your organisation needs.
Can I try it without creating an account?
Yes. The public guided admissions demo takes around 8–12 minutes and uses a fictional learner. Choose a Business, Individual Support, or Leadership and Management example. It does not take payments, send emails or create real student records.
Is pricing available for my organisation?
CAQA provides a tailored commercial proposal. Discuss your modules, users, data migration, configuration, implementation and ongoing support in a walkthrough.
Does software guarantee regulatory compliance?
No. Software can support evidence and workflows, but your organisation remains responsible for its obligations, decisions and operations. External reporting acceptance and provider-specific approvals need their own evidence.
Can we discuss migration and implementation?
Yes. Use the enquiry form to describe your existing systems, priorities and intended timing. Agree scope, data mapping, validation, responsibilities and support with CAQA before implementation.
