01What is CAQA LMS?
CAQA LMS is an open-source learning platform configured for registered training organisations and maintained by CAQA. Your trainers get familiar course tools with CAQA course templates, roles and reporting.
02How do enrolments get into the LMS?
Enrolments are made once in RTO OS student management and appear in the right course with the right trainer. Assessment outcomes travel back to the student record, so there is no double entry.
03Can we load CAQA assessment resources straight into courses?
Yes. CAQA learner guides, assessment tools and SCORM packages load into your courses ready to use, and you can contextualise the editable formats within the licence terms. Read about SCORM options.
04How are resources kept current?
Once a product is purchased, CAQA provides free updates until the resource is superseded and deemed equivalent. This applies to all formats, including SCORM. Read the update entitlement.
05Can we use our own domain and brand?
Yes. Your logo, colours and domain apply from sign in to certificate. Learners see your organisation, with CAQA support behind it.
06Can I try it before we decide?
Yes. Request a demonstration and we will walk through delivery, evidence and reporting using a qualification from your scope. You can also open a genuine CAQA resource sample.
